Torch Designs, a growing Digital Marketing Company based in Lakeland, Florida, is looking for a competitive Field Sales Associate to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. A successful candidate will be rewarded for driving new revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales of our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, networking, presentations, etc.)
- Develop sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships
- Manage and expand client database
- Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in Central Florida
- Attend networking events and use other creative means to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
- Provide daily activity report to management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven outside / field sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with a CRM
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and the Internet
- Demonstrate a high level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Design, and Social Media preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
Compensation:
Base Pay (DOE) + Commission.
The higher the base pay, the lower the commission. We prefer candidates who are motivated by the earning potential of the recurring commissions available with this position.
This position is Part-Time, with the opportunity for Full-Time once quotas are achieved.
